Has anybody tried to stamp on an umbrella? I am wondering if normal fabric paint is good to use or should I use something else? How about heat fixing it? With a hair dryer? For how long?
If anybody has any advice I would love to hear.
Thanks.

Checked my Lotta Prints book. She recommends acrylic or enamel ink.If you did use fabric ink, I don't think you could heat set it. Most umbrellas are nylon? Can you iron nylon? I would think it would melt. I don't think a hair dryer gives off a high enough temp for heat setting.

I hope you are going to post your results of this - have never tried it myself but it sounds like a most inspired idea!!
