Snail Quilt Sneak Peek

Here's a little glimpse of how the snail quilt is shaping up. Each set of coloured snails has a flower and each snail has a leaf. I used velcro so that Amelie can attach the snails to the leaves. Almost done now!

That's a lot of detail. Great job. I'm so intrigued at all the detail that goes into quilts. They intimidate me.

My sons ages are 3 and 2. Neither one is interested in dinosaurs. Which is so funny because all my friend's sons are.

I'm back ... On my desk...

I was printing a design on fabric that I plan on framing and hanging. I'm getting ready to open up an Etsy shop. I haven't completed those yet. I'll post pics when I do.

How do I have the time, you ask...
Their is nap times and bedtimes. My 3 year old is trying to dump naps. I'll soon have less time. I have tried working while he was awake, but he has sticky fingers. They're into everything.

Can't wait to see what you do with your Gocco. I did place an order recently and bought all the inks they had, that I didn't. I order through Welsh Products. They said they will place one more (probably their last) in December. I'll stock up on screens and bulbs then. An American company is supposedly taking over. It won't be for a few years. When I run out of screens, I'll look at the Photo EZ ones. Online, they show you how to mount them on a old Gocco screen and still use the machine to print with them.
